1, Can make pleating block, but no emboss on sides. In case pleating block is not

requested, you can use change working edge of pressing mould. Especially suitable for making Heavy-Duty Air filters.

2,  The pre-slitting machine can be accurately and freely adjusted to get requested dimensions, by adjusting freequency converter speed regulation and cylinder blades. After slitting the paper, the conveyor for feeding the filter paper runs in synchronism with marking machine by equipping the infrared monitoring system.

3,  The marking machine can mark in different pleat sizes, the marking distance can be set freely by operating on the computer screen, and accurately marking distance achieved by stepping motor.
