PU-20F   Full-automatic PU Seal casting machine, for filter element

Consists:

1,  Bucket: stainless-steel tank of three-layer structure, with stirring and automatic constant temperature-preservation functions.

2,  Pump: slow-speed, high-accuracy flow controlling pump, with precise actuating and display devices.

3,  Nozzle: Featuring automatic three position-switch, which includes pouring, flow inverse & flushing, without any advancing or lagging. The nozzle pneumatically dislocates after the pouring, and then the automatic flushing course starts controlled by computer program (in the machine)

4,  Workbench: The die set is positioned on the self-governed all-around workbench afterwards round or square PU-Seal with special figure would be automatically poured. (You need to get PU Moulds fixed on the bench)

5,  Control: The temperature, pressure & the extent of pouring would be all displayed digitally while proceeding under auto-control. The workbench is operated in accordance with the requirements displayed on the computer screen.
